  • No returns or exchange for custom / personalized products
  • Return, replacement or refund is only applicable in case the received product is in damaged / defective condition or wrong image/message printed on it.

For Custom / Personalized Products

  • We request you to double check your personalization information for spelling before placing the order, e.g. name, message, dates etc. Just send us an email for a prompt reply at support@artofaffair.com for any personalization related query.
  • Once an order is placed it is immediately sent for production, hence no cancellation request is accepted once the order is placed.
