Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel your request for an inappropriate uploaded image, poor image quality and for misspelled message entered by you, which will be notified to you. 

We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect/incomplete address. No refund will be provided for undelivered products due to incorrect/incomplete address. 

Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.

RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION PROCESS

After Delivery of Product:

A product is eligible for return only if that product is received in a damaged/broken condition or if the message/image printed is incorrect (in case of personalised item). You need to convey us the same within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product. Brand new replacement will be done in such cases without additional cost. However, you need to ensure that the packaging is intact along with the product tag when reverse pick-up is made.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery agent.

In rare cases where the quality or size of the product is an issue, we would require you to ship the product back to us in a safe condition within 7 working days from the day of delivery. Once we receive the product back in our office, we would issue refund for the same value of the product. Please note that this case is only applicable in case the product is unused.

You are required to take a video while opening the package so as to smoothen out the return process.

Before Delivery of Product:

For Non-Custom / Non-Personalized Products
  • If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at support@artofaffair.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
  • In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email. Refund Process will be initiated once we receive the Package back at our Warehouse.

For Custom / Personalized Products
  • We request you to double check your personalization information for spelling before placing the order, e.g. name, message, dates etc. Just send us an email for a prompt reply at support@artofaffair.com for any personalization related query.
  • Once an order is placed it is immediately sent for production, hence no cancellation request is accepted once the order is placed.
